Rolled potatoes with ham
For 6 people
550 gram of potatoes
100 grams of grated gruyere
4 slices of hamp> 1 reblochon, (or other cheese you have)
Preheat oven to 180 °.
Put all the ingredients in the except the reblochon and the ham and mix 5 seconds speed 5. The potatoes are raw it is normal they will cook in the oven.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet previously covered with parchment paper and form a rectangle.
Cook for 25 minutes.
Cool and place the whole ham on top and reblochon into strips and roll to form a pudding. Return to oven for 10 minutes and let cool a few minutes before serving.
Well let the potatoes cool before rolling otherwise it breaks.
Take potatoes that stick to the steamed or fried salad style.
You can put any type of cheese according to what you like.
