Recipe preparation:
Thaw spinach in a saucepan and start heating the oven to 200 ° C. Meanwhile, mix eggs and cream with a whisk.
Add the goat's cheese to the mixture by cutting the slices in 4: the cheese will melt a lot in the cooking but the taste will remain very present. Reserve 4 rings for decoration.
Season with salt (not too much because of the cheese) and pepper
Pour the well-drained spinach into the mixture, stir, then pour on your dough. Arrange the 4 slices of goat cheese.
