Chocolate and banana croque
Ingredient for 4 croques
8 slices of brioches (lost, stale)
2 eggs
A good glass of milk or about 250 ....
2 sachet sugar vanilla
Nutella
2 very ripe bananas blackened boxes
On the surface of your buns spread nutella without going too close to the edge
Cups bananas in slices and put them on 4 slices of buns
Put a second bun on top by pressing lightly on the edges in the direction of the center so as not to remove the nutella
Mix the eggs, milk and sugar
Soak the sandwiches in this eggnog ... and turn them over when they are soaked
Heat a pan with a little butter and cook them crunch a few minutes on each side, turn over by helping you with a spatula,
Deposit dir the plates and enjoy still hot
