1 bag of frozen raspberries
150 g flour
75 g butter
120 g sugar
Preparation
Preheat oven th. 6 (180 °)
Put the raspberries still frozen in a baking dish
In a bowl, mix the flour with the sugar, then with the butter.
Knead everything with your fingers to get a sandy paste. Pour the dough over Raspberries, I pack a little ...
Bake for 25 min.
We can taste lukewarm, but I prefer my own cold when it's crunchy with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream ....
