1 puff pastry
150 gr of sliced fresh button mushrooms
500 grs white chickens minced
1 bunch of green onions cut into thin pieces
coarse salt, cracked pepper
butter 1 walnut, walnuts
nutmeg 1/4 grated or powdered walnuts
1 large sausage mustard
1 big olive oil
thyme and fresh laurel (I did not put)
big spoon of fresh cream
1 big c mustard
chicken broth 300 ml
for gilding: an egg beaten with a little milk.
PLACE a baking dish on the fire.
PLACE the chicken in 3 tbsp of olive oil and mix well for coat each piece. Salt and pepper grate lightly over high heat.
PLACE a knob of butter and add the onions. Stir.
ADD mushrooms. stir.
ADD nutmeg and fresh thyme and laurel
ADD cream, flour (which will thicken the sauce), mustard and broth and stir well.
When the sauce has thickened, PLACE the puff pastry on the top of the dish, roughly enough by letting the excess dough fall inwards.
lightly mark the dough with the tip of a knife and brush the gilding with a brush.
BAKE for about 45 minutes.
